Why does the battery last only 10-20 minutes, even though charging takes a long time?

The 40V battery takes 120-150 minutes to charge and is suitable for up to 1/8 acre of grass. Battery usage time varies with grass conditions: shorter on thick grass and longer on sparse grass.

The battery drained overnight. I recharged it, but the mower won’t work. What should I do?

Check the charger’s output with a multimeter. The 40V charger should read 36VDC (rated) to 42VDC (max). If the output is lower, the charger may be faulty; if it’s normal, the battery pack may need replacing.

The new lawn mower won’t work. What should I do?

Ensure the mower is assembled correctly, the battery is installed and charged, the safety key is in place, and you’re following the manual. If it still doesn’t work, there might be an issue with the wiring or controller.
